Adobe Revs Premiere Pro CS5 – Notebook Editors Rejoice!

This one is short and sweet – here’s the email I just got from Adobe. If you have a notebook computer, or either of the newly supported graphics cards, check it out.

Adobe released an update to Premiere Pro CS5, version 5.0.3, which extends the power of the Mercury Playback Engine’s GPU acceleration to laptop users. Additionally, the update provides:

  •
    • support for two new NVIDIA cards: NVIDIA Quadro 4000 for Mac / NVIDIA Quadro 5000M for Windows
    • user interface, stability and performance enhancements

You can find out more at Adobe.com.
