Get Video Compression-Related Answers Quickly and Affordably

It takes a lot to make your video look good and stream efficiently. You have to know how to configure your streaming media, which compression parameters to use, how to implement them in your encoding program and the optimum editing/encoding workflow for maximizing quality. Errors in any of these areas (or others) can degrade quality or otherwise produce suboptimal video.

This complexity makes diagnosing and fixing compression-related issues a veritable time sink. You can perform exhaustive testing yourself, ask questions on forums, or scour manuals, tutorials, FAQs and blogs, or just contact Jan Ozer.

I spent many dozens of hours and very long nights not only in researching streaming info on the web, but also in doing lots of testing of various encoding options. I can thoroughly recommend that anyone interested in making their videos stream well, to shortcut the whole research and trial-and-error process and just go straight to Jan Ozer for advice. How it Works

Send an email to [email protected] detailing your questions or technical issues.

We’ll respond within 24 hours to let you know whether we can help and with an estimate of how long it will take to resolve your issue.

Charges are invoiced after services are completed in 15 minute intervals at $150/hour and billed through Google Checkout.

Charges won’t exceed the estimate unless previously agreed to.

We contacted Jan, and in less than an hour, he had diagnosed the problem, shown us comparative data rates used by streaming sites like ours and recommended new encoding settings. We implemented his recommendations and now video is streaming smoothly to virtually all of our customers.  Don, CNE tv (http://www.cneworld.tv/live/).
